Gỏi cuốn- Vietnamese rice paper rolls is one of the most popular dishes in Vietnam! No oil added, meats and prawns are boiled and wrapped with fresh organic herbs in thin rice paper sheet. You will also master your skills in making classic Vietnamese dipping sauce to go with the rolls.   

The second dish is Vietnamese cabbage and chicken salad. Flavored by home-made lime and fish source dressing, this dish is very refreshing and goes well as a starter or with rice.  

Have you ever seen broken rice? You will learn how to cook the unique broken rice served with marinated lemongrass chicken.
